Progressive 3D Humanized Tissue Cancer Models and Multi-Organ-on-Chip Platforms to Investigate Immune-Tumor cellular Interactions and test new therapeutics

Advanced 3D fully humanized in vitro cancer tissue models are crucial for overcoming challenges in conventional human cancer modeling.
Traditional methods, including 2D cell cultures and in vivo models, face issues related to predictability, reliability, and the complexity of immune tumor cell interactions.
We developed a multi-compartmental organ-on-chip system to culture clinically relevant 3D human tissues with circulating immune cells, providing a platform to explore tissue-immune cell interplay and immune toxicity.
