Organ-on-chip platforms for evaluating fasting-driven therapeutic responses in dynamic 3D tumor models

Emerging research identifies dietary-based approaches such as glucose restriction, fasting, and intermittent fasting as promising strategies for cancer treatment.
In this study, we developed a 3D in vitro tumor model that simulates the tumor microenvironment, designed to test the effects of dietary therapies and explore their potential role in cancer treatment.
