An innovative immune-on-chip platform for studying tumor-immune interactions and evaluating novel immunomodulatory therapies

One of the major challenges in immuno-oncology research is the development of predictive, fully humanized in vitro models that can
better capture the complex and dynamic interactions between immune cells and tumor tissues.
We developed a novel organ-on-a-chip (OOC) platform designed to co-culture immunocompetent tumor models with circulating immune cells under physiologically relevant
conditions.
