Immune Cells Infiltration Assay

The Immune Cell Infiltration Assay evaluates the effectiveness of immunotherapeutic drugs by assessing
the ability of immune cells to infiltrate three-dimensional tissues (e.g. cancer tissues) and trigger tumor apoptosis. This assay is especially valuable for testing novel immunotherapeutic strategies, offering critical insights into the tumor-immune interplay that distinguishes “hot” tumors—characterized by robust immune cell presence—from “cold” tumors with minimal infiltration.

Purpose of the Test
