During this webinar we will present an overview of the recent three-dimensional (3D) tissue models adopted to better resemble the human biologi in vitro, with a specific focus on 3D hydrogel-based matrixes with unable characteristics for reproducing the desired extracellular matrix features. Also, we will show the possibility to combine the 3D models with technological fluid-dynamic platforms, like MIVO, reproducing the dynamic cells-cells and cells-matrix interactions, pointing out the opportunities for setting more predictive preclinical assays.
